Corporate telecommunication company Broadband Solutions has added to its significant range of business grade products with its introduction of carrier grade Voice over IP (VoIP) services. Whilst there is a high level of awareness and interest in VoIP services among Australian consumers, take-up is still comparatively low, according to research released by the Australian Communications and Media Authority. The research found that only 13 percent of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) had used a VoIP service.

To assist our business customers in making the transition to VoIP, Broadband Solutions have designed and built our very own carrier grade voice network. Our network has been designed from the ground up for business use, and our new range of VoIP services are cost effective and user-friendly solutions.

Sales & Marketing Director, Sam Demarco said "from our own research and from talking with the SME sector we are seeing that businesses are very interested in VoIP, what it can do, and how much it can save their company, but due to a lack of business grade VoIP services in the industry, most have been reluctant to take the leap".

"Broadband Soultions has taken all this into consideration and has developed a quality business grade voice solution, backed by a 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA), and friendly and well trained professional staff to make the transition as smooth as possible".

"VoIP is no longer an emerging technology, but a critical business tool and we expect the demand to increase 10 fold within the next 2 years.", added Mr Demarco.
